On Thursday, April 21st, the PHS Lions took several students to compete in the Area track meet at Whitesboro. They came home with a 2nd place team trophy for the ladies, two district champs, and a tie for a school pole vault record. Not a bad day’s work! The Lions and Lady Lions had several qualify for this meet and in the end had quite a few qualify for the Regional meet on April 27-29 in Tyler.

Shot – Hannah Jackson- 2nd & Sierra Hacker- 3rd

300 Hurdles -Mitch Nuziard – 2nd
Shot Put -Dillon Cope-
