Cherokee Farmer, Reporter

On November 19th, three amazing lady’s signed off to play basketball at the next level. Kassi Ballard signed off to go all the way to Lindborg, Kansas and play basketball at Bethany College. Karly Ivy signed off to go all the way to Clinton, Mississippi to play basketball at Mississippi College. Tate Wells signed off to go all the way to Searcy, Arkansas to play basketball at Harding University.

On November 19th, three Lady Lion basketball players gathered in the gym as teammates to support each other as they move on to the next phase of their sports careers.  Kassi Ballard, Karly Ivy, and Tate Wells have played together for many years, supported one another, and cheered one another on.  So it was natural that they all sign their college letters of intent on the same day together.  That camaraderie will continue on as they will no doubt continue to support and cheer each other on even if it is from a distance.

Kassi Ballard will be taking her hustle and fierceness on the court to Lindborg, Kansas to play for the Lady Swedes of Bethany College.  Karly Ivy will be taking that drive down the court and finessed shot to Clinton, Missippi to play for the Lady Choctaws of Mississippi College.  And last, but certainly not least, Tate Wells will take her speed, shooting, and dribbling skills to play for the Lady Bisons of Harding University.
