Varsity XC Teams Regionals Bound

On Tuesday October 9, boys’ and girls’ varsity and JV cross country teams ran and did so great that the both varsity teams both advanced to regionals! The boys’ varsity ran 5,000 meters with leading runner, Alfonso Barraza 19:15, followed by Aaron Stephens 21:11, Hayden Moussa 21:53, Tyler Akins 22:29, Hayden Simmons 22:39, Cameron Clark 23:07, Alex Weiland 23:27. The boys’ JV team also ran 5,000 meters with Wyatt Pullen leading with a time of 24:23, followed by Hayes Hutcherson 24:34, Clay Akins 24:44, Layton Hobbs 25:30, Johnathan Seay 25:32, Zachary Clark 29:40, Evan Otto 30:31, Cody Kenedy 31:47, Dillon Coffey 32:04, Kobe Martin 34:02.

The girls’ varsity ran 2 miles with leading runner, Tate Wells 13:33, followed by Riley Jackson 13:47, Taylor Wells 14:58, Karly Ivy 15:22, Caitlyn Brown 15:47, Cordie Ford 16:02, Kaia Williams 17:08. The girls’ JV team also ran 2 miles with, Kenedy DeVoe leading with a time of 17:42, followed by Adeline Gammons 18:19, Jessica Simpson 18:25, Chloe Poole 19:24, Leigh Medders 19:48, Harley Bridges 21:49, Jada Gonzales 22:09.
