The Ponder bass team competed in their first tournament of the year last weekend, September 29th, at Lake Lewisville. Caleb Dockery and Mikey Maleck led the team with 4 fish for 6.42 pounds followed by Hailey Crumpton and Jay Bates with 1 fish for 4.05. Jackson Long and Brady McGregor had 1 fish for 2.87 and Logan Ivy and Cole Ivans had 1 fish for 2.41. The Lions will fish again on October 27th at Lake Lavon. Go Lions and reel ’em in!
