When asked about New Year’s resolutions, most people give these as their top choices:

  1. Exercise more and get in shape.
  2. Lose weight and be healthy
  3. Eat better- less junk food and more nutritious choices
  4. Take a more active approach to health and be aware of changes in my health
  5. Learn a new skill or hobby to occupy my free time and possibly open up a new career path
  6. Spend more time on my own personal well-being and make time for me.
  7. Spend more time with my family and friends and less time at work or school.
  8. Help others, volunteer, and give back to my community and just make a difference.
  9. Get organized.  Get rid of clutter.  Organize my life.
  10. Just enjoy life more.  After all, we only get one!
